Return Process

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned device for functionality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
